We never rush making the dough!
We NEVER rush making the dough! 90% that makes good pizza happens before baking. It takes 2-3 days to make our dough.
Our Oven temperature is above 300C
This is much hotter than almost every pizza ovens and all conventional ovens (almost as hot as the surface of the planet Mercury).

I am reviewing after second time to Ciao Piazza and Bistro, first I didn't review to see how much it change the service but no changes it's great service and they remembered me even it was my second time.

nice crusts especially, and the service was good and fast. Please reconsider your policy of only providing water in plastic bottles.

Buy 2 pizza, get one free. Excellent. Didn't like the 10% service and tax added on. That's it not normal for Thailand.

ร้านอาหารอิตาเลียนที่กินแล้วตาลุกวาว
'ซุปซีฟู้ด' อร่อยมาก เหมือนที่กินอยู่ต่างประเทศเลยแล้วทั้งกุ้ง หมึก หอยอะไรที่ใส่มาคือตัวใหญ่มาก ยิ่งใหญ่อลังการ ถ้วยนี้แนะนำสุดๆค่า, 'ซีซาร์สลัด' เป็นซีซาร์สลัดที่แปลกมากคือใส่กุ้งด้วยแต่ก็อร่อยดี
